First Login

First Login to the Shawnee Bend 3 Homeowners Association, Inc website:  www.sb3hoa.org.

At your first visit you will want to login to the site.  I have set your user name to your email address.  Here is what you do

  1. Click on the login link (top right of page).  Important: Do not click on Register.
  2. Click on forgot password (bottom center of the login screen)
  3. Enter your email address and the website will send an email with instructions to set up your password.  Follow those instructions, then login.
  4. Once you are logged in you will have access to both public and member only pages.
  5. Update your profile.  When you are logged in a link labeled "Your Profile" will appear at the top right of the page
    1. Start by clicking on the Your Profile link
    2. If you have not yet paid your annual assessment you will need to start by doing that.  Information about paying your assessment can be accessed from the Annual Assessment (Dues) page
    3. Once you have paid your current assessment you will be able to edit your profile
    4. Be sure to check your mailing address and telephone numbers and update them if needed.
    5. You can change your user name and/or password if you would prefer to use something else
    6. You can add information to your member profile, including photos
    7. You can control what profile information is displayed in our member directory and whether you want individual pieces of information shown to everyone, to just other members or to no one at all.
    8. Most importantly you can add other members (called Level 2 and Level 3 members). Most of our homes are owned by multiple individuals. Add the other owners of your property as Level 2 members.
  6. Don't forget to save your changes.
With these profile changes, the website will work as it should for your family or group.  All the level 2 members will be shown as linked to you
They can see any unpaid dues that are owned and (if you are lucky) they can even pay the dues. The level 1 user is the only one who can create a renewal invoice.  Once it is created, level 2 users can see and pay it.
Level 3 members are intended to be children but they could also be other friends or relatives who might want to keep up with what the homeowners association is up to.  They don't get to see or pay dues for your property.
