Annual Meeting 2020
Saturday, September 5th, 2020, 9am to 11am at On-Line Zoom meeting
Our rescheduled annual meeting has been changed to a virtual meeting using Zoom. Click here for details. Please understand that you will need to do two things prior to the meeting date.
1. You will need to set up a password to gain access to the member portion of our website (if you have not yet done so).
2. You need to vote on two proposed changes to our bylaws and election of board members for next year.
Since we can use our website to share information and vote electronically, there is no compelling reason to hold our annual meeting as an in-person event. We have decided to use Zoom and hold a virtual meeting. Our last two Executive Committee meetings both used Zoom.
We do have 8 members who have not provided the homeowners association with email addresses. We are providing the Zoom information and a ballot by regular mail. Since Zoom can be accessed on tablets and smartphones as well as computers those members can participate.
