Sergeant-at-arms Rob Wilcox

I have been in Shawnee Bend 3 since the late 1950’s, staying at the Chimney Cove resort.  Family purchased property in 1962 and built a house.  My wife Marcia and I purchased the family property in 1997, removed the old house and built a new one, moved here permanently in 2009. I have served on the Board of Directors since the Shawnee Bend 3 Homeowners association was incorporated in 2012 holding the sergeant-at-arms position the entire time.
