Sergeant-at-arms Rudy Foiles

Rudy Foiles has been a member of the Shawnee Bend 3 Homeowners Association since 2020.  He was elected to the Board of Directors for a 2 year term in May 2026.  Rudy currently serves as Sergeant-at-Arms.
