Treasurer--Shan Pinegar

Shan was first appointed to the Board to fill the unexpired term of her husband, Larry.  She served as Treasurer after Suzy Wapnick's resignation from the Board in December of 2023.  In 2026, the Shawnee Bend 3 Homeowners Association elected her to another 2-year term on the Board of Directors.
