Annual Meeting 2026
This year's Annual Meeting of the Shawnee Bend 3 Homeowners Association, Inc. will be held on Saturday, May 23 at the Fire Station. We will begin serving beverages and donuts at 8:30 am with our business meeting to start about 9:00 am.
Remember to bring lawn chairs as the available chairs are limited.
